FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often do I need to pay?

The prices stated above are for 12-months prepaid subscription. In this case you will need to pay it all at once at the beginning of the billing period. Alternatively, there's a monthly subscription, which is approximately 20% more expensive (€30 for STANDARD and €420 for PROFESSIONAL plans).

Can I switch to another plan?

Yes, you can switch between your subscription plans whenever you need it. The invoicing will be done according to the plan that was selected at the beginning of the billing period.

How does the free trial work? 

Free trial allows you to evaluate all features of PROFESSIONAL subscription during 30 days. After that we will ask you to switch to one of our paid plans, otherwise your account will be suspended and all data deleted after three months. We will never charge you anything, until you give us explicit permission.

I need more tags for field tracking

In your Administrator web interface there's a button "REQUEST ADDITIONAL TAGS", which allows you to order another batch for the fixed price of €55 per 200 QR code stickers, or €160 per 200 NFC tags. This price includes tracked shipping by LaPoste.

can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The system will remain fully functional until your prepaid period ends. After that we will block access to all your users, export all your data and send it to you by email. Your account will be wiped out within three months, according to GDPR rules.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express cards, issued anywhere in the world. Although we have a technical possibility to accept other payment methods, it has to be economically justified. Please reach out to our Sales team, if you have specific needs.

Do you accept paypal?

No, and currently it is not on our roadmap.

My card is in another currency (not in euro). What conversion rate do you use?

All sums will be charged in Euro and converted to your local currency by the corresponding system (e.g. VISA). Additional fees may apply by the bank that issued the card.

Can I have my money back?

We are working hard to ensure that our customers get the best experience, however sometimes it's just not enough. Normally we do not offer refunds, yet we understand that each situation is unique, and thus we would like to hear from you.
